Cookies


So, I made the most awesome cookie recipe ever, and, I shall share the gloriousness with you.

WHITE CHOCOLATE APRICOT COOKIES

Mix Together:

2 sticks of melted sweet cream butter
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of pure brown cane sugar
1/2 cup of melted white chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of baking soda dissolved in 2 teaspoons of hot water

Then add:

3 cups of All purpose flour
2 cups of white chocolate chips
1 cup of diced dried apricots

Then:

let the dough cool in the fridge for a couple hours and scoop small balls of the dough onto a cookie sheet and bake in the oven on 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes. Let sit in the oven a little bit. Remember, cookies still bake even after the oven has stopped. If you want them doughey and soft, less time, and if you want them crispy, more time. It's simple. Just keep an eye on them.
